On Saturday the 18th of July we will be taking over The Social in Soho to present a variety of fantastic up & coming artists from across the UK including SHAW, Diamond Empire, Charles and Theo Altieri. If brand spanking new music from folk to r&b is what you’re searching for then put this date in your ruddy diary.
It’s virtually axiomatic that a Tom Misch and Kiko Bun mix up is going to be gloriously funky, soulful and just ch.i.ll.ed.
New one from the up & coming Mr Moody. Feel he could give it a bit more of the old welly but it will do the job.
Today we introduce Club Paradise, aka Mark Torres. He’s a Spanish/Australian singer songwriter come producer based in London currently working on an EP that is going to be nothing short of exciting!
Tracks such as Salvation have elements of Whilk and Misky to them whilst his song ‘Strays’ is much more chilled. Check it out below and absorb the beautifully relaxing melody, lulling military drums rolls and electronic twirls. Nice work!
Today Heavenly Records’ The Social in Soho will be flooded with unmissable talent in the form of Estrons, Clean Cut Kid and Clay.
Trust Huw Stevens to put on such a line up. I’m expecting great things from both Clean Cut Kid who I’ve blogged about below as well as the likely lads from Leeds ‘Clay’. Check out both here:
Sample Answer uploads his debut track to soundcloud.. dedicated to his Mum, ‘Proud’ is the first number from his forthcoming EP to be released on the 24th of July via Essential Music.
Check out the indie/urban/acoustic fusion below:
Clean Cut Kid is a name that has been frequently whispered on the rumour mill for months now and lo and behold their debut track ‘Vitamin C’ is FINALLY here!
Its different and empowering to say the least with rolling positive choruses and repetitive guitar picks. Having just signed to Universal publishing and Polydor these kids from Liverpool are definitely ones to watch!
This Saturday 6th June we are teaming up with BlackJack London to put on a selection of absolutely cracking artists at The Social in Soho. First up will be Charles, followed by Harper, Octagon Court and then the headliners GLASS will finish off the evening.
Tickets are available here.
